Through the Triage Cancer ® Legal & Financial Navigation Program, we provide individuals diagnosed with cancer, caregivers, and health care professionals with free one-on-one help in the areas of health insurance, disability insurance, employment, finances, medical decision-making, estate planning, and more. We are trained to help you find your way – or navigate – through the legal, financial, and practical barriers that you face as you access care.

If you are still unable to find the answer to your question, you are welcome to start the navigation process by answering a few screening questions below. After answering these questions, you will be redirected to the intake form. Please provide sufficient detail to explain what you have questions about.

How the Program Works
The Legal & Financial Navigation Program will be closed on the following dates: January 20, February 17, May 26, June 19, July 4, September 1, November 27-28, and December 22 – January 2, 2026.
