What is the Magnolia Purpose in Planning® Program?
The Magnolia Purpose in Planning® program in partnership with Triage Cancer , Triage Health , Cancer Care and Eisai, is designed to provide comprehensive support to individuals and families navigating the complexities of cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and related dementias. This program offers access to financial, legal, and advance care planning resources, helping patients and their loved ones make informed decisions about their future.A Personal Story: Jane's Journey
Jane, a breast cancer survivor, found herself overwhelmed by the myriad of decisions she needed to make following her diagnosis. From treatment options to financial planning, the stress was immense. That's when she discovered the Magnolia Purpose in Planning program. With the support of the program, Jane was able to:- Connect with financial advisors to manage treatment costs.
- Create a living will and designate a healthcare proxy.
- Find peace of mind through structured planning.
