The Medical Bill Tracker can be helpful when calculating your medical expenses for financial and health insurance purposes.

Once you have opened the sheet, you will be viewing an example worksheet, if you click on the sheet to the right called “My Medical Bill Tracker” you will see a blank worksheet that you can customize for your own use.
To use this worksheet in Excel, select “File” and download a copy to your computer. To use this worksheet in Google Sheets, select “File” and make a copy (note: you will need to be logged in to your Google account to see the option to make a copy).
Once you have downloaded/copied the worksheet, complete the following steps:
Step 1: fill out the information in the top 4 rows using information from your health insurance policy.
Step 2: as you receive and pay bills, fill out rows with the information from your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Each time you add information in rows 9 – 55, the totals at the top and bottom of the sheet will automatically calculate.
